Belle France
Belle France needed some help on their Adwords management. Previously managed by a large national agency, the account was lacking in direction and scope.
We totally over-hauled the account with the following;
- Built a new account structure which was internationally scalable
- Reduced the number of irrelevant terms by intense and ongoing negative keyword generation
- Built specific audiences for display and RLSA retargeting
- Developed ad-copy that exhibited extremely high CTR even on 1st impression non-brand
- Reduced CPA by over 40%
- Built a Bing account – the previous agency completely ignored this area. This drove incredibly cost-effective conversions
- Increased the number of leads to the point where we had to pause for 6 weeks to allow the team to catch up and recruit more staff!
We also:
- Provided ongoing comprehensive competitor analysis
- Developed the Google Analytics integration to give greater detail
- Researched offline opportunities, working with Waitrose on audience segmentation and an exceptional brand advert
- Data analysis across sectors of the business such as holiday uptake, forward booking position, call tracking data and more
- Worked with the in-house team to improve conversion rates
