OM Skincare

A luxury skincare brand, stocked exclusively by SpaceNK, aimed to generate web clicks and create fresh content across their integral social platforms, in accordance with their existing branding, predicated on mindfulness, natural ingredients and modern science.

As such, content was created and reposted, relating to the luxury lifestyle associated with OM, inspiring viewers to buy into the brand whilst informing them of the purpose of each ingredient and the ethos behind the skincare range. Social media marketing is most effective by showing, not telling – no one goes near a town crier!
Here’s what happened:
  • Instagram was connected to Facebook page and Twitter for uniformed marketing implementation
  • Content was created (see attached)
  • Demographics were identified and targeted through research and organic engagement (we are an agency priding itself on integrity and authenticity, so will never engage with automated spam comments)
  • Hashtag strategies were researched + devised + implemented
  • Bloggers with between 10K – 127K followers were collaborated with
  • Within 2 weeks:
  • Facebook page likes were increased by 100% (prior to work, had been -75%)
  • Facebook page engagement was increased by 200% (prior to work, had been -83%)
  • Facebook page reach was increased by 50%

Within 1 month:

  • Instagram followers were increased by 212
  • Page likes + engagement increased exponentially
  • Customers contacted the brand via Instagram Direct Message
  • – Within 2 months, Instagram follower growth was 400+
